1. Service Overview

Sendrilla is a dedicated Email Service Provider (ESP) that provides users with infrastructure to send, manage, automate, and analyze professional email campaigns.

Our services include SMTP relay, transactional email delivery, campaign management, email automation, and delivery reporting tools.


2. Account Security and Use

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account credentials.

The platform must only be used for lawful and professional email communications.

You agree to provide accurate account, contact, and billing information whenever requested.

Unauthorized access, account sharing, or misuse of the platform may result in account suspension or termination.


3. Anti-Spam Policy (Strict Compliance)

Sendrilla maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against spam and abusive email activity.

Consent: You may only send emails to recipients who have explicitly opted-in to receive communications from you.

Unsubscribe: Every email sent through Sendrilla must contain a clear and functional unsubscribe option.

Regulatory Compliance: Users must comply with all applicable international anti-spam and privacy laws, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and related regulations.

Account Termination: We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate accounts involved in unsolicited bulk emailing or abusive practices.


4. Recipient Lists and Data

You represent and warrant that you own or have the legal right to use all email addresses and subscriber data uploaded to the platform.

Sendrilla does not claim ownership of your subscriber lists and will only process your data for purposes directly related to delivering and managing your email campaigns.


5. Delivery and Service Limits

While Sendrilla strives to maximize email deliverability and inbox placement, we do not guarantee that every email will successfully reach a recipient’s inbox.

Delivery outcomes may be affected by recipient server policies, spam filters, sender reputation, content quality, domain authentication, and third-party systems beyond our control.


6. Prohibited Content

You may not use Sendrilla to distribute content that is illegal, abusive, defamatory, or promotes hate speech.

You may not transmit malware, viruses, phishing attempts, malicious code, or fraudulent schemes through the platform.

Activities that threaten network security, server reputation, or violate applicable laws are strictly prohibited.


7. Fees and Billing

Service fees are based on your selected subscription plan, usage limits, or volume of emails sent through the platform.

Unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement with TTNET Ltd, all payments are non-refundable.


8. Limitation of Liability

Sendrilla, TTNET Ltd, and its management shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business-related damages resulting from the use of the platform or inability to access the service.

This includes delivery failures, data loss, account interruptions, third-party outages, or temporary service unavailability.


9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
